In 2002 the TCFU and TWU amalgamated their strength to deliver more for you and your family across NSW. This amalgamation simply formalised a partnership which had been in existence in this state for more than thirty years. So far the amalgamation of TCFU and TWU is achieving the following;

Securing better wages and conditions across the Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Transport Industries

Leading the fight to secure 100% entitlements at National Textiles, Ansett and Grenadier Coatings

Fighting against unfair contracts and further improving the chain of responsibility

Further supporting the great work being done by the FairWear group and the Concerned Families of Australian Truckies
