Legislation now exists in NSW in regards to the role of Retailers in the clothing industry.
You can download the NSW Extended Responsibility Scheme (the Mandatory Code) from this website.
This code applies to ALL companies retailing in NSW who have not signed the National Voluntary Code of Practice which forms Part 1 of the Homeworkers Code of Practice.
