Dear TCFAU/NSW/SA/TAS Members:
We are living at a time when the Howard Government`s IR laws are still reverberating through our community.
Throughout 2006 working people stood up to The Howard Government and big business through ‘ Your Rights at Work Campaign ‘ and showed that there is strength in unity.
In 2007 with all the changes to work laws, the best protection for all those working in TCF industries is to be part of a Union ( TCFUA).
If you know of any friends or work-mates that aren’t in the Union, ask them why!
There is no better time or reason to join a Union than Right Now to protect Your Rights at Work!
The greater the membership, the greater the capacity to fight, with a federal election most likely in the second half of this year.
There is no doubt that industrial relations will feature as a major election issue this time around.
Well trained delegates and active members help the TCFUA provide strong representation to all our members as we fight for increases in wages, conditions and workplace health and safety.
